Common questions
The fee makes discovery a real, focused engagement rather than a sales call. In 60 minutes we do the technical scoping needed to confirm a build fits your systems before either side commits. It also filters for teams who have a concrete project, so the session is spent on engineering, not qualifying.
A 60-minute technical scoping call for the build you're considering. We walk through your systems, data, and integrations, confirm the scope and requirements, and check the published build actually fits. You leave with a clear technical assessment of whether and how the build works for you.
Come with the problem you want solved and, if you can, someone who knows the systems involved. Details of the tools the build would touch and any real data or workflows help us scope accurately. You don't need documents or a spec — the session is there to work that out.
Yes. If you go ahead with Nobs, the €150 is credited in full against the first payment on the build. If you cancel before the session takes place, it is refunded in full. Once the session has happened, the discovery service has been delivered and the fee is retained.
If we determine during the session that Nobs isn't the right team to build the project, we tell you on the call and refund the €150. Discovery is a standalone technical assessment: even if nothing goes ahead, you keep the outcome of that scoping.
No. There is no obligation to proceed. Discovery is a separate paid service, and the build only starts after a separate written agreement. If the scope doesn't fit or the timing isn't right, the engagement simply stops there.
